How Our Subscription Tiers Work

  1. We will perform a Home Mechanical Audit to photograph, video, and document all plumbing and heating fixtures and appliances. We then create a file that includes all warranty, part numbers, and serials for efficient future servicing and repairs.

  2. After the Mechanical Audit , we review all equipment manuals and create a custom service package for your home.

  3. Once the service package is created, we provide custom pricing through three different tier options for your home.
